PlasCity is a third-generation, family-run custom plastic manufacturer based in Ferozewala, Lahore, Pakistan, serving OEMs and industrial buyers since 1978. We specialize in custom plastic extrusion profiles and injection molded parts, working across PVC, ABS, HDPE, PP, and engineering plastics including LDPE, LLDPE, PET, Nylon, and Polycarbonate, manufactured to customer drawings, CAD files, and technical specifications. Our facility runs 13 extrusion lines with a manufacturing capacity of approximately 600,000 meters of extruded profile per month, and every project starts with in-house die design and mould making, so tooling changes and requirement flaws are caught early instead of after production begins. We offer free die and mould costing, multiple sample revisions until approval, and no minimum order quantity, which means buyers can order as little as 10 pieces without the cost and delay of overseas sourcing.
